Loneliness has become an epidemic. We pretend we are good, everything is fine. But, honestly - our mind is waging war; our thoughts are defeating and tear us down. We are anxious and isolated. We feel alone. Lost.

But, what does the Bible say? Let's stop finding our worth and value in how we look and instead find it in our Creator. Let's break free from this struggle and enjoy what God has given to us. Let's engage Him in our physical health and let Him guide how we care for it. After all - we are His temple.

Money, money, money! We always need more and just when we get it, we need a little bit more. We crave a comfortable lifestyle. We don't want to have to pause before we say yes to the things we want. After all, we don't want a lot - just a nice house with all the amenities, a newish car, a fabulous wardrobe and enough money to afford a couple vacations a year. What's wrong with that?
