Confident Christian Influence | Leadership, Intentional, Clarity, God’s Plan, Identity in Christ
Do you feel called to more but have no idea what that “more” is?
Do you want to impact lives at work, in your community, and at home — but aren’t sure how?
Are you doubting your ability to lead and wondering if it’s too late?
Are you overwhelmed and thinking, “I can’t possibly add one more thing to my plate”?
I’m so glad you’re here.
This podcast will help you finally live out the purpose God has for you, grow a deeper connection with your Savior, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those around you.
Hi, I’m Pam Pegram — a wife, mom, MeMe, Entrepreneur and Jesus lover. Like you, I felt called to more but spent a lot of time arguing with God, trying to convince Him I didn’t have the capacity. Eventually, I realized He wasn’t asking me to do more — He was inviting me into more with Him. That changed everything.
Once I gave in and surrendered it all to Him - I began to grow into the woman He created me to be, started seeing lives change around me, and finally discovered I had time for everything He actually called me to — without stress.
Now, I help women grow in confidence, gain clarity in their purpose as they follow God's plan, and find the time to do it all. It's not as hard as you think. You just need a little guidance and encouragement.
If you're ready to shift your focus from your position to the purpose behind it… to trade confusion for clarity on your next steps… and to expand your influence in a way that makes an eternal difference — all while learning to rest in Him — you’re in the right place.
So grab your coffee, your journal, and that half-finished to-do list... and let’s get going.

Let's talk about toxic relationships. We long for a beautifully blissful marriage, incredible children, a tribe of sister-friends, and a community who adores us. But, what are we to do as believers when we find ourselves in a toxic relationship with our spouse, parent, child, friend, etc.? How do we identify unhealthy people? Can we set healthy boundaries? What can we do to improve relationships? And most importantly, how do we please God in the midst of these difficult relationships?
We are praying for you. If you would like to join a community of like-minded friends who all want to grow to know God more and honor Him with our lives, check out the Engage for More Inner Circle. This summer we are talking about the pressure to have it all. This pressure leads us to pretend or appear to be a certain way. Maybe we want to be seen as fit, healthy, successful, vibrant, Christ-like and still growing with more to come. There is a filter for that, right? But... what if we shifted our focus to becoming who God created us to be? How can we stop letting the world pressure us to be someone we are not and instead show up exactly as we are - a daughter of the King.
This pressure is real. We all experience it. If this episode has resonated with you, please leave us a review and tell us about it. If you know others who could relate, please share it with them. Most people find podcasts through their friends referral.
It is so important to be a part of a community who will point you to Christ. Won't you come be a part of our Inner Circle? We would love to have you. Check it out at engageformore.com.

Join Pam, Gwen and Kim as they chat about exalting God to His proper place in our life, applying God's word to our life and surrendering to the transformation that only He can make happen in our life. Do you ever stop to really think about the fact that God - the Creator of the Universe - longs to have an intimate relationship with you? In His word, we read over and over again that we are to meditate on His word, spend time in prayer, and fellowship with believers. It is our prayer that today's episode encouraged you to develop the habit of spending time reading your Bible and getting to know God. We pray you develop a rich prayer life and make it a practice to build friendships with other believers. If you enjoyed this episode, will you leave us a 5 star rating and a written review? We were made for relationships. We are to have God-honoring relationships with our friends, our spouse and our children. However, it's not easy. There are sure to be some relationship struggles because we have an adversary who wants to destroy our relationships. He wants to isolate us. So, what are we to do if we are to step into the abundance that Jesus came to offer?Today we are chatting about situations our listeners have shared regarding their personal relationships. We may not have all of the answers, but we do not Who does. Jesus is the answer and we hope this episode points all of us to Him. None of us are immune from the attacks of Satan on our relationships and at times it can seem almost unbearable. But, as Believers, we are never without hope. We hope you will find some encouragement here to look up and seek to stop into the abundance that Jesus came to offer you.We hope you will visit www.engageformore.com and learn more about our Inner Circle and Life & Business Coaching. For those in the Inner Circle, check out the Master Class - Developing God Honoring Friendships for more on this topic.
